May the contents of the book be good but becomes useless without the author name, publisher's particulars, year of edition, and the Table of Contents, as its contents cannot be quoted authoritatively anywhere. The book starts right from Chapter 1, without having the necessary particulars of the author, publisher and year of publication, and even the Table of contents. A person have to go thoroughly in to the whole book containing 650 pages in search of solution to his doubt even of minute nature and to waste lot of his time to find if any part of contents can be made of any use by him but that too with the blame of committing offence of plagiarism, having stolen the contents of some author, as he would not be able to give due credit to the author of the book.
So, unless the book is complete and does not convey copy right permission, it should never be posted for reference by any one.
Sorry for my adverse comments, as it is just to make you aware of the copy right implications.
