Dear Munna,
Prepare JD for each employees and analysis his work load.
If somebody is overloaded try to induct some more employees to share his work.
If the employees are demanded or used up with more salary through this OT wages, then introduce a spl. allowance in lieu of the overtime.
Introduce a scheme, through which you can declare the employee of the week/month whom finished his work within the stipulated shift time.
