I’m looking for a petty cash expenses sheet that covers Cash received, actual payment, paid amount & pending balance amount. Please help with the relevant excel sheet. Thanks in advance.

For the last Financial Year, I was in the Management Committee of our apartment. I have handled the the job of a Treasurer. For your convenience, I have attached the format of the petty cash register.
Rather than maintaining the Petty Cash Register on Excel sheet, I prefer maintaining it on Google Sheet. The benefit of maintaing it on Google sheet is that you can link the Petty Cash Register to the Master Account Book. When the sheets are linked, even if you make the entry in the petty cash register, the master account book gets updated.
