We have 2 opening first sales executive and 2nd is sales cashier. Which position is more important and why. Please give some standard point.

Who is drawing more salary/scale. In what way you are going to determine important or less important. Each one of them will have their task cut out in their own way.

It is true that the importance cannot be determined here, because the qualification and skills required for a sales executive and a sales cashier are different. As an example if you are running a textile shop, depending on the sales turnover and customer segment the job specifications would vary.
On a general note, for a sales executive one may prefer more of customer interactive experience on the marketing side, while for a sales cashier more of finance related book keeping knowledge may be a preference or experience on payment accounting software.
It all depends on various factors, which cannot be summed up in a short note for determining importance.
