I m a supervisor in HR Department. I want to modify the purchase requisition form according to iso 9001: 2008 for internal use. Pls provide the advise and the sample format.
I m also need to know how to give the right position for all department.eg How many position in HR department? Pls help me.

Secondly, for acquiring ISO 9001:2008, you must have hired some consultant. Why you do not ask them to provide all the forms that comply with ISO?
