I have excel sheet containing the passport details such as issue & expiry.
I would like set reminder before the expiry date. I have been trying on my own but couldn\'t get the desired result.

Dear Aejaz,
Why can't you use Yahoo or Gmail Calendar? Both are equally good. I have uploaded 600 events in my Yahoo calendar. I found it much useful.
If you have Android phone then you can sync your phone calendar with G-mail calendar. When you make change in one calendar, corresponding change at other calendar happens automatically. Phone calendar can be used off-line also.
