Dear Shivaraj Sachdeva,
You need to clarify me the following in the format
1. Who will assign the serial number, is it the respective individual (will it be for each individual or it will be a running serial number throughout the organisation for a financial year or calendar year).
2. You have mentioned three aspects relating to time (Time, Time Out and Time In)
What is the significance of the first term Time and how is it different from Time Out and Time in)
3. Who has to check the odometer reading (Starting and Ending Km), is it the individual, Security, HOD, HR or a mere declaration by the individual is sufficient.
4. I fail to understand why a simple local conveyance format should be signed by individual, security, HOD and HR department. Finally you have left out Finance Department that has to eventually pass the claim. Numerous signatures will only delay the processing time. To get a claim of say Rs.50/- are four signatures required??
I am not trying to find fault, I am only trying to reason out the logic. Please remember anything being introduced for the first time has to be thought through before implementation.
Trust you will appreciate my view point
