Hi ,
I have 2.5 years of Generalsit HR exposure in one of the reputed Software Company in Hyderabad. My learning curve in my current Organization has been excellent as I have gone through a good cycle of HR functions.I have done MBA and a HR certification course. I don't see any onsite opportunities for HR in my company and also in the HR industry. Am I correct or is it just my assumption.
Can someone guide me with courses/skills which would help me qualify for abroad HR jobs ...
Regards,
Rhea.

Dear Reha,
Even many people are thinking in the same way the reason is because there is no revenue generation from HR team in IT industry the IT-professionals they generate revenue
for the company and they will have some opportunity to work over there i mean the technologies to get an onsite opportunity for HR department you have to have more experience
like 9 to 10 years then the company can bear your expenses. otherwise you have to try on your own.
Regards
Vijay
