There are a number of Labour Acts which are applicable to establishments in Kerala. Some are Central Acts and some are State Acts.
Regarding the status of new labour codes, nobody else than the authorities who wanted to enforce it can say when these Codes will be enforced.
Minimum wages is industry specific and without knowing which industry you represent or in respect of which scheduled employment you need to know the minimum wages, we can not comment.
