You need to use Form no. 01 under Rule 07 of CLRA 1970 within 30 days from commencement of project. Pl. note that registration of establishmnet is required for principal employer only. Now a days, most of the state has its website through which you can apply for the same. There are some of the documents which need to be uploaded and charges to be paid for which you can get details from website.
You can gothrough the attachment getting basic knowladge about the said act.
