Dear R.N.Khola,
Greetings...
I have been trying hard to get my gratuity amount form employer, sent 3 letter to LIC from where the gratuity scheme was taken, but unfortunately not getting any single feedback from LIC..
I have come to know that the employer has hold 3 to 4 employees gratuity and communicated verbally to them that the same is wont be paid.
Please advise what needs to be done.
Regards
Ganesh

Dear Ganesh,
Then file your claim case before the Controlling Authority under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 of your area. We are to file our claim case against the employer. It is the responsibility of the employer to take up the matter if they are insured with any agency/ LIC.
With Regards,
R.N.Khola
