Hi,
Definitely dressing style show influence on Organisation culture.Women
should be dignified dress,it helps in good org culture.Whatever may be dessing style wether it is western or indian it should be dignified and should show the dressing scence. In my opinion org should have and maintain a dress code for atleast two days a week,it increases hormony in employees and helps in maintaining good org culture.

hi Sidhu,
We can not comment on anyone's dressing style.
but yes ,there should be a code of the organiztion which maitains professionalism in the air.
To ensure this ,the HR dept should make sure that the rules are followed by one and all,not jsut the women but also the men.
Rules should be the same for one and all,and applicable too.

Dear Team,
Dress is a substract of address. You wear as per your choice , like & love.
So your dressing reflects your thots. One should be very careful while dressing . It is not only the textile, but the inclusion of accessories , shoes , belts etc completes the definition of dressing. You may wear a very expensive suit but with an old , tattered leather belt of a watch. Isnt it disgusting?
In an organisation there has to be a decorum. I think where employees holding big degrees, good , fluent language , ideas, they should automatically have that education to carry themselves.
Dress should be always what makes you and your samnewala comfortable. It should be followed with good manners and courtesy. For eg. An executive wears a perfect shirt and tie matching to his suit, trouser. Perfect shoes socks and other accessories and etc. He is a complete man in his appearance to impress anyone, but in the midst of this he starts digging his nose..... Well dont you think ..this spoils his entire self.
You may wear western or ethnic or traditional or xyz but if it is in sober , decent presentation then you would never be accountable to inculcate any sort of security threat or animosity or even Vanity ( for women) in your your org or locality or wherever you are.
After all you dont demand respect, you earn it. Your beauty is not exposing your flesh, but exposing your righteous attitude , character and knowledge.
Thanks

Hi Mr.Siddu.
you are right. Code of conduct and Dress of the employee should reflect their personality and the physique. Both male and female employee should wear decent dress. It shouldnt be provoking. Either Western or Indian dress should be decent not exposing. It is always good to have dress code in an organisation.
