Hi Everyone, Need a quick help here. Could you please share a template or a link to which I could develop a new PMS model which is exclusive to the staffing industry. The regular model doesn't seem to be working. Currently, we are using the rating scale method with the list of parameters in it. Request you all to guide me in identifying the best practice which we could use of for the staffing industry.

Thanks for your time in responding back. I went through all the links which you have mentioned. It gives me an overall picture in terms of how do we need to do PMS and also how to set KRA's and KPI's. Also, it talks about the difference between the Performance Appraisal and Performance Measurement and which one we need to follow all this.
My question is do we have any specific template which we could use in the staffing industry. We already have a form through which we are doing it but would like to implement better than the previous one and hence requesting the same.
