I have to get the providend fund of my last employer contribution ,, I have submit the complete form but bec I was earlier in Kingfisher airlines so the company side there is nobody is there in office to get it attested so please advice me can I despatch to concern department without getting attestation from last employer ..and moreover please also give me the complete address where I should depatch or can I submit personelly...

Get the attestation from a gazetted Officer and submit to the PF commissioner where your PF account was maintained by the Company. Pon

I called the PF authorities in Mumbai they said if your company is closed than you may get your signature attested by banks or is it ok to get it attested from notary public or from bank is must

Dear Sir,
If you are sure that there is no proper authority to sign in your application, next only alternate is you should get attestation from your bank official because they know about you. Attestation from Gazetted officer or notary public will not acceptable by the PF authorities.

The EPF Authorities have guided you rightly.
You may get you signatures verified from you banker or gazetted officer (as mentioned by Pon) or may be in the way as you have mentioned yourself.
And after that, simply submit the same to the concern EPF Office through Registered post / by hand.
