Hello,
I was working in a pvt.ltd company from 2009 to 2024.
In January 2024 they have circulated one common mail to all staff, stating that due to changes in module, staff numbers will be reduced, so search for new job after 31-03-2024. on this basis, they asked to stop coming after 31-03-3024. i got regular salary till march 2024. no other F&F or compensation is paid.
please confirm is any statutory law to give Full & Final settlement and compensation to be given in such case?
