Hello Mr Ashit Pathak,
A very different approach as you go through the initial slides.
Deming's 14 Points find a place and that is nice.
Perhaps adding a PDCA cycle slide would have been good.
References have been made to Juran and Ishikawa.
At least one slide each on their contribution would have added further value.
Next time you may add Taguchi's contribution also.
Ice berg analogy to educate on hidden losses is another concept that can find a place.
TQM philosophy is carried forward in a great way by JUSE.
Wish One slide was added for that purpose.
On the whole a nice presentation that would help people understand the need for quality.
