Many of you would have faced a bad boss one or the other time. Can you express your opinion about (1) the types of bad behaviour of your boss you had to face or are facing presently, (2) how you could detect that and (3) how you were successful in tackling those?

REALLY ALARMING!
Hundreds of forum members might have faced bad behavior of their bosses, several of them would have got the technique to identify the bad behavior of their bosses and to tackle that effectively, and thousands of members may be claiming themselves to be expert in HR, but none could respond on this problem for the last about 6 months to help the employees who face bad bosses!
Expert views were sought just for the benefit of the community, but in vain.
Shall I presume, none of you would have faced any such problem, or could detect bad boss, or even have no answer to the problem to help people who face the tyranny of bad bosses?
I once again invite the forum members to vent their feelings and express their views on the issue.
