I am writing this letter to request for a salary increment of our employees deployed to your company. There are 7 employees of our company that are assigned in your company as IT Associate. Most of them are employed for more than a year already and have not received any salary increase yet.
May I request for a 10% increase to their salary based on their performance appraisal after one year of service. Attached herewith is a copy of our performance appraisal form. If the employee was able to receive a passing rate, therefore automatically recommended for a 10% increase.
