I am currently posted from XYZ. Org at Dubai onsite client location let say Client A
I served 3 years at client A and get opportunity in some other company let say Client B at Dubai itself.
Other company is also a client of XYZ but I never worked for it.
Will there be any legal issue if I join Client B?
XYZ Hr is threatening to take legal action if I join Client B.
