Probably this might sound like an advertisement,or yes this is more like an advertisement for a product, I see a lot of Recruiters/HR , searching for the desire profile on internet(Job Portals) or brain storm their skill to figure out the desire keyword(example:- "Java,JSP, servelets, etc. to search for a Java/j2ee profile)
Yes i have seen like 95% of recruiters in india who been following the same standard and the same orthodox way to search for the "Desire profile",
But do we all know something that what we search on job portals etc. are at times already their with us (unless you haven't started sourcing profile from "TODAY")that makes me think
1.) How many times do we actually search for profile in our system ?
2.) How many times we contact the old candidate ? (after their cooling period is over?)
3.) Do we even have the slightest idea that the requirement for which we might be searching the profile, we might have already worked on the same requirement before ?
etc.
Ok these are few question we hardly bother to answer, and instead we like to spend too much of our gold(money in our case) to subscribe costly Job portals logins
Yes we do it the orthodox way, we hardly look things we have in our tracker, Pst's, lotus notes etc.
Point is, We all making money out of it? but as shahrukh khan say in his "DISH TV" advertisement .. "Thoda aur wish karo ??"
but we still satisfied with our performance when we know we sure can excel with what we are doing.
I see a lot of things on internet and saw so many systems but they were like partially for recruiters partially for others, but here we have something to present in front of you everything a recruiter/recruitment-firm/ consultants etc. desire
