Hi, I've recently started training with an aviation training centre for the post of CSA or Ticketing executive. I've never worked for an airlines before. My goal for joining is a long term or full time career in the aviation hospitality sector. I'm hard working, disciplined and punctual. But I lack experience in teamwork. So, if any seniors in this field could give me advice, I'd appreciate it.

Confidently get into the job. Even the office boy may be in a position to give you some knowledge input about your colleagues, pears and boss. Ask questions ' What, Why, When, Where, and How", for all actions your are learning. You will tend to learn lot from these questions. Initially you do not mention "I did it" even assuming that you did it on your your own. This is most dangerous for a team work. Always admit 'We did it' . In the mean time prepare for your Ticketing and Travels exams, in stages. Give you an example myself as an HR when i entered, fresh from college, i learned lot from the time keepers, ESI and PF clerks and Office Boy, even the working of wages preparation, and very little from the seniors. That was good olden period. Now a days you get lot of general inputs on relevant job profile, from 'web search'. Best of Luck.
