Hi Akshitha,
With reference to your query i would advice you to try for get any job in HR field rather than to do any other extra course. Since you are a fresher you have so many oppertunity the thing is tthat you need to foucs on the same. Bcz there are so many oragnisations they need freh MBA's . So i would suggest you to go for that. Once you will get the entry in any oranisation it will take time to learn things but soon you will get experince in your field. And in this competitive market every sectors are giving traning to their new joiners. So this will be not an issue that you a fresher. Just keep on searching for job. And further you are thinking to learning another new course you can also conduct for the same.
Wish you good luck for your future.

Hi Supriya,
Thank you for your suggession.Presently I am searching for jobs only. One thing I just wanted to ask you,in the market there are so many core hr training centres are there.my question is are they really helfull to the freshers.means they will take some amt of fee and they will promise for the 100% placement. Is that is a good option?
