Hello Seniors,
It will be of great help if u could provide some career advise to me.
I did my mba last year in Human Resource ( Full Time ) from a a start up college and didnt get any placement as the college had just been incorporated and didnt have any tie ups. So, i had to take up the job of a recruiter in a consulting firm )
Now, i have realized that people who have done their MBA's and PG's from a good college are really getting paid well for the same job that i do day in and day out.
Do u think i should enroll for another PG course from a good college like JB OR XLRI OR SP JAIN ? OR should i jus wait and hope to get my break....
Also, if i do PG OR MBA again from a good college will there be any questions raised later on in the future as to why i did an MBA along with a PG??/

I know it really hard when you do not get placement after college. I have also gone through the same thing what you are facing now.
If you are thinking of going for another PG course after MBA will be waste of time and money. As on date the market is bit slow and hardly any jobs in good corporate companies.
