You have to direct reporting to General Manager Marketing (M.r Navinbhai Jagania).
You will be paid salary of Rs 5500/- on Fix basis.
During your job you have to obey following terns & condition.
Term and condition
1. Your training period for 6 month and than after additional 6 month as a probation period in our organization.
2. During your trainee period and your probation period your salary will be 5500/- Rs per month
3. After completion your probation period your performance appraisal will conduct and than after based on your that your increment will be decided.
4. During your job your one month salary will be lad as pending in our organization for a safety when you will complete your probation period in A.P.P.L. it will pay too you.
5. You have to be with us atleast one year in our organization before complete your probation period you can not leave our company. Make sure about that.
6. Please note that APPL as a policy requires you to provide a notice of at least three Months in case of deciding to resign from the services.
7. If at any time your conduct render yourself incompetent to perform your duties, or you are found to be dishonest, disobedient, intemperate, irregular in attendance or any its parts or conviction by any court of law or for any offence involving, then the company shall be entitled to terminate your employment forthwith without any notice.
8. You have to obey rules and regulation of APPL.
