Hi Guys,
I work in a KPO dedicated to telecom optimization.
We have an american client database.
I need to conduct a training session on CLient Interfacing or Interactionm Skills for all my employees(100 in no.)right from the Relationship Managers to the Junior Analysts.
Could someone provide with some data for teh same - a ppt on CLient Interfacing or Interactionm Skills and some activities to reinforce the trng session.
The duration of the session could be just 1 hour or 2hrs at the max.
Please recommend.

hey you , i could help with organizing cluster os people who are at different communication levels. And so on. I work for Thomas International.
