recently i got a call for a job in ACCENTURE for the post of system administrator with an annual package of 3.24lakh , and they are asking for 60grands when the offer letter will be handed over to me. Will it be suggestable to go for it?????

No. You should not be paying to get a job. The employers should pay the agents. Please search CiteHr where this topic has been answered by more knowledgeable persons than myself.
