I am from Delhi and am thinking to open a Proprietorship firm. Business would be in the line of Call center sort of thing. To be precise Outsourcing!
Can someone here help me? I want to know the formalities and paper work that needs to be done before starting the said Proprietorship firm?
Also, read somewhere, Service Tax is exempted for call center business

Hi Deepak,
It is better to have another person appointed to make your company as Pvt Ltd company in order to make it more effective to scout for new businesses. In this call centre/BPO business client(s) prefer vendors who are pvt ltd.
Still you can try working on Sole Proprietorship basis. All Call Center services fall under the head "Business Auxiliary Services".
