I worked for a company from 15th December 2014 - May 2018. PF was deducted from my salary and paid into my epf account from the month of January 2015 to April 2016. They gave me an appraisal in April 2016 in which they said PF is optional so I asked them to not deduct it. They obtained a sign in a form regarding this and credited the PF amount along with my salary.
Likewise PF was not credited into my account from the month of May 2016 to April 2017. During 2017 appraisal they said PF will be mandatory for all employees irrespective of the pay scale and so PF was again deducted from my salary and the same has been paid into my epf account correctly from May 2017 to May 2018. Resigned past MAY from the company and since am out of job for the last 5 months want to withdraw the cash from my PF account. My friend who is a former HR upon viewing my EPF passbook said my claim will be rejected because of the missing PF entries. Can anyone please tell me what should be done to rectify this situation?

Hi,
You would have activated your UAN account & provided details like aadhar card no. Pan card and bank detail ect.
If so, than you should fill your claim online & wait for the response from the department. Usually it takes around 5-7 days to get reply from them about your claim.
Most probably you will get your dues without any difficulty.
But if you face difficult then you may put your case with PF department remarks.

Sir Thank you for your reply. Except PAN Card (Name Mismatch error) all are verified inside the PF portal. Now have given a partial withdrawal request through the online claim form and hoping very much it will succeed.
