Its so helpful of you to take the pains to send this feedback form.
However I wanted a feedback form for a new joinee to take his/her
feedback on the first day of his work.
I have a feedback form but wanted 2 upgrade it. So was looking for an
innovative feedback form to take the new joinees feedback.
