Some workmen’s registered mobile no has been barred from service and online data also not matching with aadhar details .So EPFO Member portal access is not possible for such workmen and unable to process their PF withdrawal claim.
Can anybody suggest solution for the same, our pf office is Hyderabad - barkatpura.

Dear Achari,
I this case member click on forgot pasword once click on OTP will ask to send registered Mobile no or Other no member need select other no after that system again ask Name, DOB , Gender ( same as per Employeer Portal ) then system accept for creating new password , after creat p.w login in member portal then member can change as per aadhar through Manage option -Modify Basic details , after requesting from employee that request employer have to approve through DSC ( Note : Date of birth if more than one years difference then Fill joint declarationand submit in pf office after employeer sign

1. Registered mobile number is not in service
2. Online pf data is not matching with workmen's aadhar details
If aadhar / pan details was correct then i can go through as you advised but here aadhar / pan details are not matching

I understood your case .
you can enter (Name , DOB ,Gender) As per your pf portal only dont consider aadhar in this stage , Because it should be match given details, and pf portal updated details then only system accept . after generate password then we modify as per aadhar through employe portal
