Hi Folks ,
Its Appraisal time for the Hr fraternity going on now. Want inputs from everyone with regards to the procedure that you guys follow , which scintific methods you follow. Which is the best procedure that you think for a particular type of company or unit ( for eg IT or Manufacturing ). What are the merits and drawbacks in the methodlogy.
Which is the most popular method. Does it lead to attrition ? ....
