We are conducting a survey for all new joinees( those who have completed 6 months in the organisation). This survey is to understand their experinces in these 6 months and to find out if they were provided all necessary things for settling down in the company. There are so many aspects over which you may raise your questions:
1. How was your experience while you came for Interview.. The Hiring Process of an organization is very important; as it is the first contact a candidate makes with an organization and forms an opinion about it.. so collect data relevant with this..
2. Were you been helped properly while came for Joining..
3. Were Induction has been provided, complete information of company along with the HR Policy
4. Did adequate training were provided to you related with your Job profile
5. Did your seniors supported you to carry on your profile
6. Did you were provided proper solution of problems you asked
7. Did you were provided salary on time..
8. Did you get support from all the departments apart from your's
Hope it may give a number of questionaires to ask..
