Hello seniors/friends
I am working in IBM as a contract employee.Intially promised that i will become permanent employee after six months. When i asked my manger he told that Hiring is stoped in IBM.still their is no update.I am thinking to change company after 2 years of completion here.
As i attended interviews they are telling maximum 30days notice period is acceptable. As my notice period is 60days.Their is no negotiation in that as Our HR told
Please can you suggest what are the best ways. Can i wait here more long time to get permanent or resign and search job outside?

Dear Laxmikanth,
In selection of any career or switching jobs, no one can give you better advice than yourself for you only know your problems, potentiality and preferences. To me, it would be better to be a regular employee in a small but similar organization than to be a contract employee in a larger organization when the door for regular employment there stands closed indefinitely.
