How to get enhanced pension for in service employee?
How much one needs to contribute as per recent SC order?
Any specific formula for self contribution as per recent pay(Salary+DA)?
What if the employee is not not paying salary as per current DA rates of 139%?
Is current deduction of 1800/- by employer and 1800/- by employee towards pension ( in my case ) justified?
Submitted a letter for enhanced pension to Regional PF Commissioner( 15-20 days before) but no response is received.
Please provide necessary guidance in this regard

at present if EPS is fixed at 15000/- and it is complex to to contribute over 15000 in EPS account, employer remits over 15000 but the EDLI and EPS freeze at 15000 and balance contribution is credited to a/c 1
EPF may consider such requests from employer side only provided the employer is ready to cover all employees in enhanced pension and the procedure is little bit complex for deduction, as all employees has to get less in a/c no 1 and has to bear the admin charges also on enhanced pension contribution
for a single employee or part of employees group the department does not entertain requests, because in such case the whole file of the establishment has to get shifted to special range
