Hai, i want Salary statements, i know Basic percentage, and HRA percentage and i want conveyance percentage and L.T.A percentages

Dear Srinivas,
Compensation structure differ from organisation to organisation in order to save tax but let me give u a general bifurcation.
Basic is 30%
HRA is 30%
Conveyance is 25 %(or Rs 800)
Medical 10%
Others 5%
Also ,
LTA is 5% of annual CTC or max 75,000 which ever is lower.

Hi, Conveyance allowance is 25% of basic salary or gross salary? also let me know if it is mandatory 25%. Because i have heard it is always 800 for all the salary structures. Thanks

Let me know about actual percentage (%) of Conveyance Allowance and deduction on which amount either CTC or Basic salary.
I already know about conveyance allowance amount Rs. 1600/- for normal employees and Rs. 3200/- for handicapped employees.
If two employees salary is Rs. 8000/- and Rs. 12000/- then how to calculate their conveyance allowance, is any standard formula? kindly guide me.
