Dear Hr's, I had working for a Private Firm as an accountant and I have fired from My job without any prior written warning and they even had not provided me a releaving letter or any other formalities.After being fired on Morality basis i had went to their office upon their request more then 5 times and handed over my key roles to other respective employees ( Eventhough i had fired but did not wished to break the relation for future ) But now they are constantly calling and have started harrashing me after i asked for my Salary, Bonus, Leave wages, Sunday Overtime wages ( settlement), They are warning me that they may opt for a Police action if i wont cooperate with them. I am feared As already an Employee who had Done Cheating of Rs.94 lakhs with a legel action he was in jail and he is in the relation of Management. They are telling they will give money to police and take action on me. Kindly advise, I have the mails for communication regarding my settlement which they agreed to mere few thousands.What should i do, If there any legel agency like Labour or Employee law which can help me to receive my settlement. and clear the situations, Pls advise

You were an accountant in a private company, I assume there was 1 or 2 people in accounts. Probably you headed accounts. There was a fraud, someone is in jail (related to management). You were aware of the problem and didn't report it. Or you did not notice the problem. So the management considers you guilty and terminated you. For fraud, they are not required to give you warning letter and give you another chance to defraud them again.
They have not given you last months salary, leave wages, bonus and money for Sunday working. Sunday working if it happens, no accountant in a small private company gets that money. So forget that. Of the rest, it is eligible in law and you are eligible to get it. However, in the circumstances where are you linked to the fraud, it's better that you forget that amount and move ahead. It is obvious that your former employer has some evidence against you either for involvement or for negligence.
