Hi,
So we are an agency, we provide services to our clients. And we have been facing this issue of people joining our clients. We have lost around 5 people to our clients, being client we can't enforce them to stop doing that. But somewhere we can amend that in our employment contract.
I need help from the experienced Fellows, how do we do it?
Thanks,
Vivek

Make an agreement with Client that your employees can not join Client before 01/1.5/2.0 year of leaving job.

As Prashant Learned Member suggests, incorporate a clause regarding employment of your company staff in the clients office.
Keep a cooling off period for your employees to join your clients business.
This kind of clause is common in many industries.

This clause exits in number of contracts.
Issue is implementation. The client can not be offended and legal recourse is last option. Thus it is difficult to implement.
Yes , in the contract and in the appointment letter the clause should be incorporated off cooling off period .
