Dear Manish, Pgdbm at symbiosis is sufficient to make a carrier in hr . So Why You are looking for MBA or Other Diploma ? If Possible go for Phd. Regards Tribikram

Most of the companies do not recognize distance courses of Symboisis, ICFAI and others.Also, u will suffer in time of promotion later in your career if your peers are full time MBA. My advice don't take a chance. It would be very difficult once you cross your 30s and sit with young students in class for doing full time MBA. Better do it now.
