Dear Friend Rupavathi,
Greetings...
In every organization HR managers are facing the same job Burnout as you face now. Now the situation is very crucial due recession and profit get shrinks in any business but the inflation untamed- so the prices of essentials went up. So due to less profit your management is worried and due to huge expenses your employees are worried.
Please understand that, except few, more employees feel the same situation and try manage with the situation and help the top management to earn good revenue in any possible way, so that company can exist.
Besides this, you have to add more additional useful qualification, be updated in your field, be proactive and last not the least be an asset to the company.
Wishing you all the Best Dear...
With Prayers,

Dear Rupavathi,

I request to look into the areas in isolation, rather than combining it in one issue. Your boss giving you a negative feedback is entirely different from the expression of the employees.

In addition to the contributions made to you by Renuka and Prashant, please consider mine:
  • Segment your Manager's feedback to different areas , to identify where you need to work upon.
  • Please drive the feeling or emotion based behavior to facts which can be worked upon. If you organization is cutting salaries and your employees are unhappy. Its definitely not your fault, however, you are required to manage a high conflict situation like that.
  • Identify the workable areas such as creating the right measure for employee performance and strengthening the training programs to enable a higher employability, when the salaries are low.
  • NBFC is a volatile sector, hence these cycles including rightsizing and compensation variations, would remain obvious. Please connect with seniors in this sector and understand how they have been managing similar cycles.
  • Aim for operational excellence. If your processes remain error free , you will have little areas to complain.

Please consider sharing a little more about your situation so that we can suggest an appropriate solution.

Dear (Cite Contribution),
In my organisation i'm asked to conduct a meeting for all managers where i'm asked to prepare statistics of NBFC's and their growth in states in India. Their impact on economy. I'm unable to gather exact information what they are looking from me. so there i scored a negative mark. How can i over come this.
