Right now I am doing PGDHRM through distance learning.
i am preparing for the my first semester.
So I request to the my seniors, please help me to prepare for the exam.
this exam is objective type exam, and i don't know how to prepare.
And also please suggest me for the job change please,
now i am working in a Q.A. dept.(as Executive) and i am thinking to change it to the HR department (as a HR Executive)
will you please suggest me in the same.

Look you have the exams and every one have a fear of examination even he/she may be a topper.
You are working for some firm i think and you have the knowledge of the market and the present process goes on in the companies.
I would suggest you to make short notes or the make headings and subheadings of the related topics and prepare those things.
As you have that real time knowledge to write the exams of PGDBM.
And changing of your job,i say that you are at good position as you are in quality department.Here the career life scope is more and i suggest you to continue with the same.
