You better share which industry is it?

Are you engaging any contractors? if so CLRA Act is Applicable
Are you doing any construction activities? if so BOCW Act is applicable.
ESI, EPF, PT, Minimum wages. LWF, Bonus, Gratuity etc are common applicable
