If any employee joined with a basic salary below 10000/- in May 2010 and the employer deduct his PF accordingly and gradually his salary increased and now cross the basic salary Rs.15000/- |(threshold limit for PF ) . Employer can cancel his PF deduction without permission of that employee. Please Advice

Hi, Even if the employee’s PF salary exceeds Rs.15,000/- the Employer is liable to contribute Rs 1,800 (12% of Rs 15,000) and you cannot cancel the whole PF abruptly
