Right now, I am working in a company. In our organization few of the employees have taken the EPF amount by showing the exit date by the employer, again they joined the organization to continue their employment. While joining them, they should insert their UAN number to the establishment in order to avail the EPF benefits. But while while crediting the amount to the newly created member ID, they have credited the EPF amount to the already claimed member ID. Now the EPF showing an error like "The Claim Already Settled, Hence rejected". Now the employees are unable to take Advance, Transfer or withdraw the amount which has been stuck in the previous member ID. Kindly guide us through this in order to solve the issue as soon as possible. Screen shot has been attached for the reference.
Member ID in which claim already settled in 00249 but the amount is credited to the same account.
Newly created member ID ending with 10601. The amount has to be transferred from 00249 to 10601 but above-mentioned error is showing as the member ID account ending with 00249 is settled. Kindly advice. Thank you
