Sometimes you ask "types of recruitment", sometimes "methods of recruitment" sometimes something.

The recruitment practices differ from organization to organization & industry to industry. It will be very difficult to comment as to what are the various types/ methods of recruitment practices across the country.
Recruitment practices/ types/ methods/ sources are basically misnomers. They can be quoted/ interpreted as the same.
The most commonly used practices for hiring talent is through external agencies, job portals, news paper advt, referrals, walk-ins, direct applicants etc.
