We have a manufacturing unit, registered under factories act, we have engaged a civil contractor for construing a Wall and the contract period is for 26 days, before appointing we have issued a Purchase order to him, in this case civil contractor is liable for payment of PF & ESI.
Note: - under him 21 workers are working.
