If you have around 20 cabs, it is high time you consider some automated methods to monitor their movement. That will help you to get a electronic log book of the vehicle's run as well as ensure safety of employees. No. of shifts : 2
13 Cabs - 1st Shift
8 Cabs - 2nd Shift
No. of employees : 200
1)First name the cabs like S1R1,S1R2,S1R3......upto S1R13 by way stickers pasted on the non-dricer side of cabs should be clearly visible to all. Where, S1 refers Shift1 , and R1 refers Route No.1,
Similarly, for Shift2 also, follow the same process like S2R1......upto S2R8.
2)You can have an Excel Sheet withn the following parameters for tracking:
PLease refer the XL sheet attached.
