If it is office alone then:
1. Shops and Estbl.Act
2. PF
3. ESI
4. Maternity Act
It it is Factory, then
Factories Act, PF,ESI,Minimum wages, Payment of Wages, Gratuity, Maternity, Workmen Compensation, Contract Labour, BOCW etc.,
The list is lengthy.
