We are planning to start a Call Center & BPO. Can anybody suggest me the following:

1. How and from where to obtain a license?
2. What are the requirements for a license?
3. Any other "legal" formalities?
4. How and where to reach to get the projects?
5. Do BPO and call centers need to have separate licenses?

I was doing freelance work for a BPO firm and would like to start one of my own. Kindly provide the details for the same.
