I found the link suggested by Ms Sunitha on PF ESI calculator great!!.
Although PF ESI has been moved out from HR department to Finance in my company, I still would like to have opinions about the share of 'employers' in PF and ESI.
What we follow is the entire PF and ESI is paid by the employee cause we follow the system of Total Cost to Company (CTC). But I am sure the 'Admin charges' component of PF & ESI cannot be deducted in CTC of employee's but payable only by the company.
Can I have views on this Please??.
