Hey everyone!

I am doing my Masters in Industrial Psychology. As a part of my program, I have a seminar to conduct in November. I have chosen the topic "Stay Interviews" for the same.

I am really confused as to what all topics I should include and how to go about the whole thing. I am also looking for some information on 'Stay Interviews'. I have gone through a few PPTs on this site posted by some of you. If you guys have something more to offer, then please go ahead.

Thanks.

P.S. This is a little urgent.

Hi Ramesan,

Thanks for a nice post on "Stay Interview," a recent trend. We only know "Exit Interview," which may be useful for the organization (in fact, many organizations don't learn at all!) to improve but not to the employee who is quitting.

Hey Ramesan,

Could you please help me with what all topics I should include in my seminar on Stay Interviews? This will be the first time I'll be presenting a seminar, so I don't really know how to go about it!

I will be grateful.

Thanks!

Dear Arutan,

We practically conduct stay interviews, and I do not have much academic knowledge on this topic. The attachment is from Cite HR a few months back.

Randomly, I interact with staff and gather feedback. I am empowered to make decisions based on this feedback, such as job rotations or employee transfers.

Please contact me for more details over the phone at 09360268477 during the evening hours if you find it useful.

Thank you.
